The Habit of Excellence
Aristotle said, "Excellence is a habit, not an action."  To operate in excellence, you must repeatedly do the little things that most people fail to do on a consistent basis. Anything worth doing is worth doing right. Develop the following three principles into your daily routine and you'll see a dramatic difference in your ability to attract favor, accomplish goals, and truly have a Happy New Year!

1. Attitude. Be a positive, uplifting person. Find the good in a situation and encourage others to look at the unlimited possibilities that can result from a temporary problem. Never get stuck in the moment, but remember that in order to have a great testimony, you must first go through an equally difficult test. A positive attitude invites positive results.
2. Appearance. Over 55% of an impression you make on others comes from your appearance. Take the time to make sure you are groomed well and your clothes are fit and flattering. Your goal should be to attract others, not to repel them.
3. Actions. Always be prepared for opportunity. Learn to smile at strangers and cultivate your ability to start conversations. Compliment more than you complain and learn good time management skills.  Success only comes to those who ask and show up on time to receive it!
